Made this as our Burns Night dessert but with 8 tablespoons of whisky in it I might rename it Sozzled Sassenach! Hubby wasn't chuffed that I used some of his Glen Moray as he can't get it anymore. Oops! But he came back for seconds so I'm forgiven.
