2019-02-14 (Day 045) Lighting The Torch

I'm guessing that this structure on the lammpost is to stop people climbing up - is that a common problem with lampposts?

Anyway, I seeing it made me think of some kind of Olympic Torchstructure, or a jaggy crown, or...well, who knows?
