Oh dear!

The Junior Bake Off contestants were so brilliant this week, I felt ashamed that I don’t try harder with baking.  Yesterday I put a lot of effort into replicating my sister’s speciality (and heavenly) Choux ring, my favourite dessert.  Alas,  it was not a success, it’s rather flat. I haven’t tasted it yet but a bit more practise is obviously required.
