Window recess

Well, despite all the dire warnings of snow across a large swathe of the country, we woke up to a rather slushy covering which melted away pretty quickly, and we've had nothing since. Maybe other areas had it bad.

It's been raw and dreich, though, so I have stayed put beside a roaring fire for most of the day, watching the film 'Yesterday', which I thoroughly enjoyed. The Beatles' music really is The Best!
