Friday 10 April 2009: Just As Good Friday
Matt's gone to the Science Festival today with his pal and his pal's parents, and tonight he's having a sleepover. So in an effort to make sure Andy didn't feel left out, the rest of us went to Eyemouth to go swimming.
Not sure how much longer George will fit into the "duck" towel he's wearing, but it's had plenty of use: I think all three boys have worn it over the years.
Obviously the swimming built up a good appetite, so it naturally led to fish & chips in The Bantry cafe. Yum. Just the thing for someone who's struggling manfully with a touch of manflu.
But I don't like to mention it.
