Having a bit of a Delia-Sunday. Hang on a sec, it's my mum's recipe so it's a Celia-Sunday!
125 gr butter, 125 gr sugar, 3 eggs, 175 self-raising flour, pinch of salt, pinch of cinnamon and two drops of brandy.
Mix butter and sugar, then add eggs (one by one), salt, cinnamon and brandy; next, mix in flour little by little. 20/30 min in 180 oven.
Easy peasy.
