Playing it safe

7 weeks off running and I'm really starting to miss it so I made a plan. My friend has been talking about doing couch to 5k for a long while so I figured if I do it with her, that gives her motivation and stops me over doing it. So far so good, apart from the crazy weather forecast for the rest if the week!
