Rest in Peace

On this sunny but cold afternoon, I took a walk out of my usual zone, this time on the wharf of the next town over, and found this offering on the railing above a memorial plaque. The dedication reads Free to Swim With the Dolphins.

I used the Pinhole setting on my camera to see what would happen.
