Last Thursday I watched via Zoom a presentation by landscape photographer, Alan Lait, courtesy of Kirbymoorside Camera Club. Alan mentioned 'The Alliance for Responsible Nature Photography' - an organisation that I had not heard of before. The Alliance has seven core principles that aim to 'help educate and guide both professional and recreational photographers in sustainable, minimal impact practices that will help preserve nature’s beautiful locations'. Tuesday so it has been pilates and saxophone/clarinet duets this morning with Bill and a different walk this afternoon where the were abundant signs of hedgerows coming to life. There has been a cold wind today and an overcast sky.
