The Wanderer

The chaffinches have arrived. According to an old Finnish rhyme, the summer arrives half a month after the chaffinch. We shall see what happens this year. This  chaffinch was a real wanderer walking around the grounds and checking for any lunch under the dry leaves.

Today it was sunny but very windy making the weather quite chilly.
