Rare Sighting

There's a small family of deer that live nearby to home - no more than a couple of hundred yards away - yet I rarely ever see them. Early morning dog walkers get sightings, so I've heard, and during the first lockdown I occasionally saw them out of my window, emboldened by the lack of human activity. They are easily spooked so it was a surprise today to find this one unperturbed as I walked past on the path. It paused only momentarily from its grazing, not much worried as I stopped and took a few pictures. I was able to get quite close before it eventually ran off, although it remained well within sight, watching me. I guess they're growing more confident.
