Bracket Fungi

Strolling through Lickey Woods this lunchtime, enjoying the delightful spring weather, I came across this poor birch tree absolutely covered in bracket fungi. I don't think I have ever seen so many on a single tree.

This shot shows just some of them. I am not certain, but I think they are Birch Polypore.
