Happy Birthday Gran Nan!

My gran is 102 today. We managed to have a little gathering in the garden, for tea and cake, although it was a bit chillier than yesterday.
It's also the first time I gave seen my brother and his family since last summer.
This get together was all the more important, as my gran goes into a care home on Tuesday, so we will probably not all be able to gather together again. She does need more consistent care now, but moving into a care home is quite complicated at the moment. Not sure if or when we will be able to visit her.
