Ded Bud Lives!

It seems that the graffiti which I posted a photo of last week, “Ded Bud”, probably wasn’t a memorial to a deceased pal, as I’d assumed, as I spotted this on a rare venture into the city centre today.
I’ve no idea who or what it’s all about.
