That day again

Mother's Day,and as I have the good fortune to be a mother,my daughter's come up with a gift wrapped in this cheerful paper. But I'm not cheerful. I lost my own mother just a year ago,and also on this particular day my thoughts always turn to all the women who would have wanted to be mothers,but couldn't.
The gift's good though,a big recipe book for chocolate and coffee,so maybe later I'll choose something to make and that'll make me feel better.
