Tortilla Making

A Mexican Cooking Class gave us the chance to learn how to make tortillas and salsa. Throughout the process, I was struck by the way everyone's hands worked the dough differently, and tried to catch it... I like the contrast between the still rolling pin in the foreground and the hands in motion behind it.
