Snow Clouds

It snowed again overnight but we woke to bright sun. Looking out to the east the snow clouds were hovering. By 8 o'clock they were pushing away the bright blue sky and getting ready for another dump. Proper snow clouds always have an orangey look to them and today was no exception!

Team meeting today. You will never guess what? The procedures implemented over the past 3 weeks with several amendments along the way have now been revoked and....and...we are going back to the originals.... Well bugger me, there is a top idea ;)

My other conundrum of the day is the definition of the word challenging in a work environment. Anyone care to help out with that?
