Wren amongst the garlic

This morning I went for a walk at Ifton Meadows Nature Reserve.  The wild garlic was looking beautiful in the dingle and this little wren came and perched briefly on the tree to provide me with a blip.

The skylarks breed in another part of the reserve.  I couldn't see any on the ground but it was lovely to hear them singing high in the sky.
