Paint dancing

Welcome to paint dancing! You show up wearing a nice, clean white shirt, and then leave with a piece of art work. The whole idea is to mingle with others, and paint on other people's shirts. Music, wine, and snacks.

The organizer, Matt Jones of Gasworks Gallery encourages folks to go to the local thrift store and purchase a white shirt, and even white pants if you are so inclined. By the end of the evening, everyone ends up being painted in one way or another.

Magic markers, paint, artists brushes, and paper plates so you can carry your palette around with you are all provided. Paint "flinging" is frowned upon, but some folks seem to enjoy leaving paint hand prints on the backs of others. It's all in good fun.
