Brussels Sprout honey?

I leave some Brassicas standing to flower each year. There's a couple of different Kale and one Brussels plant.  I'm not sure if it's coincidence or the Bees prefer Brussels to Kale; I'm tempted to agree with them BTW.
In shot - the lone Brussels; each of the multitude of flower stalks represent one unharvested Sprout.
Inset - one of the 3-4 Bees, apparently wearing the customary Jodhpurs in which to stuff its collection.

I mentioned, elsewhere, that this is the first year I missed our Wedding Anniversary, which was yesterday; would have been 49 years.
