The Woodland Garden (Thursday 26th May 2021)

Back in April when I first blipped these Variegated Sycamore Maple leaves (Acer pseudoplatanus Brilliantissima) I surmised that in a month's time the salmon-coloured leaves would have turned green. Here they are now.
In Extras are not-your-average kind of wisterias, planted in the driveway patch.

Lozarhythm Of The Day:
The Marvelettes - Good Luck Charm (recorded by 14 March 1962, Hitsville, Detroit MI)
In the trawl through my Motown collection I have reached the Marvelettes and am playing through the box sets Forever Vols. 1 and 2.
From CD1 of Vol. 1 this comes from their album Smash Hits Of 62', almost entirely top 20 hits by various artists in that year, though in 1963 they rather cannily re-titled the album The Marvelettes Sing
Good Luck Charm was of course a single by Elvis Presley in that year.
