Boundary Dwellers

Far from a sapling

I sat first thing at the front of the house with a cup of tea, admiring this canopy against the early blue of the sky.

Extra - by the afternoon, weeding, I was admiring the tiny flowers in the gravel. In fact, I spent most of the afternoon loving the smallest unbidden flowers in the garden. This is not the smallest, bit I couldn't get the macro function to bring the truly tiny (1mm?) blooms into focus.
