Branches

I spotted this old plant with gnarled branches in the garden.  A quick colour change and an entry for today's Abstract Thursday hosted by Ingeborg. 

I had a blood test this morning after which we went for a walk by the river.  This afternoon I had a good Zoom session with John, plus this evening another Zoom with Tom.

It's been a little cooler today, more comfortable than yesterday.  I didn't sleep well last night as the arthritis in my thumb was very painful.  An ice block early this morning helped.
