Ready to open

Another strange sort of day at work...

Today's monochrome blip is a pink rose bud that is ready to open. I imported it via an Ilford Pan F Plus 50 filter which has given a pleasing monochrome result. The colour version is rather bland and not at all interesting. It's not obviously even a rose, I think it rather resembles some some kind of rotary tool like a fruit juicer...!
