Day 6 Napier

We had a busy day today, starting with morning coffee with a “coffee club” our host belongs to.  We managed to get 10 out of 10 for the quiz in The Dominion newspaper.  After coffee we loaded up the car and moved to another friend’s house, where we will stay until we leave on Monday.  After a catch-up chat we went for lunch with friends, then picked up another friend to go and visit the cemetery where the ashes of three friends’ are buried. Back home, another chat, then off to walk for an hour with our former Napier walking group.  It was so nice to see everyone again. Then I realised I hadn’t taken a blip for today, so off we went to Marine Parade to take a photo of the Tom Parker Fountain (http://www.cityofnapier.co.nz/blog/tom-parker-fountain-napier.html) and Pania of the Reef (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pania). A really nice day.
