Bin Chicken

The Australian White Ibis has an image problem. Once regarded as 'the farmers' friend' because it preyed on locusts and other rural pests, it has now moved into towns and cities where it frequents parks and picnic areas, rummages through garbage bins and annoys picnickers. Hence its popular name Bin Chicken. This one is working through the dumpster behind the Lennox Head Surf Club.
