Drum Castle

Had quite a relaxing day. We went to visit my 96 year old Grandmother, who still stays alone, and has only recently started getting some help. We then took the long way home, and dropped in past Drum Castle. The combination of a 13th-century square tower, a Jacobean mansion house and the additions of the Victorian lairds make Drum Castle unique among Scottish castles.

Bag packed and ready for the red eye back to London and on to Abu Dhabi tomorrow
