First Choose Your Meat

You basically make your own food, choosing the veg, spicing, sauces and the main event - the meat which they then cook for you. They have recipe suggestions which we followed very closely and the food was wonderful but I can see how it could go very wrong if you fancy yourself as a bit of a chef!

So I have now tasted springbok and camel and very nice they was too.
