At Ruardean: Old fashioned fishcake Friday!

Its a real treat to end the week at Lodge Farm to be involved in making Louisa's Old Fashioned Fluffy Fish Cakes. Louisa is all about texture and quality when it comes to her produce. The fishcakes are no exception. Roughed up potatoes, not mashed, and beautiful flakes of poached cod combined with parsley and lemon.

These are proper handmade fishcakes, and it is that aspect and also the attention to detail that are rarest ingredients in these ready meals. Louisa has nailed this. Its really good to be involved in this kitchen and Louisa's ongoing commitment to producing great quality food..x
