More important than the raw mileage (especially for the small one) is the linking of the various things. They don't seem to remember much from their days being hoicked about in bike seats as they both developed the tendency to sleep in them quite a bit, so need reminding of the ease with which things they might consider distant are all easily-reached by bicycle.
