Big news

For those of you who read my journal you will remember my frequent meltdowns earlier in the year trying to prep for a promotion process.
My assessment day was in April. It was in two parts - an interview and a briefing.
My own assessment was that the interview was a car crash but the briefing went better.

Turns out I was right. BUT! My briefing made up for the interview. The pass mark was 32 and I scored 32. I did it. I'm now on a select list for promotion over the next twelve months. I both amazed and delighted. 

I explained it all to the greylags in the park. They were fascinated.
