Peace Statue

It has been a glorious sunny day so we downed tools and made a visit to the National Botanic Garden of Wales. We hadn’t been for a few years so it was good to see everything in full bloom and new developments that have taken place. 
I had never seen this statue before and liked it’s calm and peaceful expression. I have included the explanation of its imagery in the extra along with a couple of views of the great glass dome. 
We were glad to stop at a Pub on the way home for a sandwich and cold drink.
