Sunday 17 March 2013: England Expects...

Today's community orchard planting in Basingstoke was cancelled today owing t the fact that the ground was more like a mud bath than a field. It will be postponed to next week.

Instead we stayed in doors and I did dull things like ironing laundry. When that was done I thought I'd write some code - which I did, then it was time to do a blip while there was some natural light to use.

Today's blip is a Gibraltar 50p coin issued on the tricentenary (2004) of it's capture by England. For that year they decided to celebrate by depicting some Royal Navy Ships and celebrating the British victory at Trafalgar in 1805.
