Pickles

My daughter had cut up the Gherkins, salted them & left them overnight, so today I rinsed them & filled the jars with them & added the pickling vinegar with added Mustard seeds, Grapevine leaves, Bay leaf, Garlic, Dill &  Shallots. Homemade Pickles. :)
Now I've put them in the fridge to ferment/Pickle until such time my daughter feels like opening them to eat.
I don't like Gherkins, but I'll try the Shallots & Garlic.
