... in the centre of town.

I had noticed the wall of this old Harrogate building getting a long overdue coat of paint recently.  The surprise today was an artist on scaffolding, creating a scene on the wall. It seemed like a good idea to blip the early stages of the art work, and I'm aiming to record the development of the picture as it proceeds..
