More homegrown

Realised as I started cooking lunch we were out of potaaroes so I popped down the garden to;see if the crop were ready. A good return from 1 vine ( if that’s what 5hey are called) these were no bought especially but someifound in the ground from last year and chitted and planted at Easter.

We went to church this morning and sat in the hall and wT he’d the service online. We are serving tea and coffeee from now til September when hopefully we will have the proper Rota. So far not many folk have come forward for either the coffeerota or welcoming so it might be us every week!!there were only 37 in church today and not many stayed for coffee. Possibly only half that number.
Went for a walk after lunch to waken up and it started to mizzle and thunder. Walk cut short.
