Dark Chocolate Vegan Candy Making Class

Well- I love chocolate, especially dark chocolate, and the opportunity to learn how to make my own heart healthy dark chocolate candies without the sugar was a definite lure. We learned how to prepare the chocolate paste, cocoa butter, sea salt and assorted fillings such as rasberry/date, coconut, and lemon, My favorite was the dark choclate with sea salt. We melted, then filled the molds, and each had our choclate to take home for inspiration. Vegan chef Anita Parket led the class in Sarasota on Saturday. It was delicious and fun! Can't wait to get all of the ingredients to make my own. Yum!
