Back in time

In our previous working lives in Cheltenham we were so busy that we rarely had time to explore the local area. Now that we are back again with more time to get out and about we are taking full advantage!

Today we spent time walking around the medieval town of Tewksbury at the confluence of the rivers Avon and Severn. There were a number of views around the town little changed in centuries.

We escaped the rain here today but were aware of the deluges elsewhere.

Rising sea (and river levels) and global temperatures were headline news today. We all have our part to play now in saving the planet for our children and grandchildren.
