Clouds

I saw these clouds from our landing window this morning, I liked the light.

Decorating work continues, wé’re getting there but my gammy knee is complaining.

Perhaps I overdid it in the pool this am. 10 lengths in slow, moved into fast lane for 2 but knew I was pushing too hard. 20 lengths in the medium lane, which felt ok at the time!
