Lantern Flower

This flower appeared in our garden this year. We don't know where it came from but it is tall and dramatic with pretty flowers that turn into lantern shaped seed pods.
Ms S's sister and husband came this morning bearing birthday presents. Otherwise a day of gardening and a Zoom chat with all my grandchildren and their fathers. It was good to catch up with them all and enjoying hearing what they have all been doing in their summer holidays.
