Cake!

It was Mrs K's birthday yesterday and we had a couple of modest gatherings but the whole family was about today so it was a takeaway-based get together with birthday cake to follow, yum! Mrs K did insist on blowing the candles out gently, one-by-one, COVID mitigation style :-)

This afternoon I drove to Ross-on-Wye as the band had its first bandstand engagement for some time. We were lucky with the weather and a sizable audience were very appreciative. It felt so good to be playing live music again.
