Ratatouille in the making

F has gone to London for a few days and I have to feed myself. Not a big problem; in principle I like cooking but have got lazy in recent years. Thought I'd do a ratatouille niçoise for lunch, with a bit of spaghetti for filling and a scrape of parmesan on top. Simple enough, as long as I do things in the right order. Fingers crossed.
