Araconda

A patient brought these eggs to my dad. Apparently they are Araconda hen eggs?
I thought it was interesting that the same type of hen produces such multi-colored eggs.. (though not all from the same chicken).

I think I would like some soft-boiled eggs, please!

Today was day 1 of a 4-week boot camp that my sister and I have signed up for between the hours of 6-7am M-F.

Why do I torture myself? Oh, because I have never had toned arms in my life... and I want them.
