Wolf Rock was constructed some 55 years after the completion of Robert Stevenson’s Bell Rock Lighthouse. Wolf Rock contains many of the structural methods Stevenson employed in his design of Bell Rock.

Today’s Blipfoto shows three different views of the drawing. All of the key dimensions are annotated. All of the courses are numbered using Roman numerals.

Today’s minor disaster occurred when our 39 year old Zanussi Freezer finally designed to retire. It had made previous announcements predicting this.

Pat, in her role as Head of Catering has examined all of the possible solutions and has settled on a new Leibbher matching refrigerator and freezer, incorporating 21st century technology.

These are now ordered and should be delivered in the first week of September. The retired freezer and it’s fridge counterpart will be taken away by the delivery/installers for recycling in a responsible manner.

The order was also placed through a local dealer/installer.
