Less sun flower

There has not been much of a summer this year it seems. A few really hot days but many more that have just been grey or wet.

The sunflower heads at Hyde Hall at the weekend were seeded and attracting birds. I shall watch how this one does.

Managed to squeeze in a morning run before hydrotherapy with Roo but there was little else in the fun pile.

I ate some of the Blueberries that my dad gifted me after I told him that my bush only managed one berry. Remarkably thoughtful of him and quite unusual.
