Can't remember the last time I swam in the sea. Might brave a dip in Gruinard Bay in a few weeks. Watch this space.

Foot just beginning to feel a bit better (got some ibuprofen gel to try - cheers for the tip SparseRunner xx) and mood lifting a little. A week since my last run and I'm really missing it.
