Tai Chi

A celebration blip.

To celebrate the fact that we two octogenarians have now done Tai Chi every morning after breakfast for a year.
It takes 11 minutes which adds up to over an hour per week.

We follow the actions of this lady on Youtube. The New Zealand scenery and gentle music add to the pleasure.

Has it done any good? I think so. I can now get up from the floor again without holding on to a chair.
Perhaps its a placebo effect? But if you feel good about it thats fine.
