In the oakwood

The main photo is the oakwood without litter, as we would like it to be. This wood is right next to a secondary school, and it seems that a number of pupils take their lunch there. Fine: A perfect place for a picnic, I would have done the same. But they just drop their litter all over the place. (See extra shot) I did a fair amount of swearing in that wood today. This woodland is a remnant of a much larger oakwood, and is important to me, and many other people. Okay, litter is not going to hurt the trees, but it’s the degree of disrepect I don’t get. If young people are remotely interested in saving our planet, they could start here.
