Active start, then sedentary...

We restarted our yoga today, after a summer break. It felt good to be re-establishing that routine. Then some lawn mowing by me, and later by Jan. We got all the grass cut before tomorrow's expected rain.
After that I was back to playing the IT technician. A friend had a computer with a completely full hard disc and whatever he did, whatever he threw away, it stayed full. I suspected it may be a tricky job because the computer is important for his work so everything he needs is there. At the same time he organises his files in a way I cannot understand, seemingly thrown in at random!
After a while we found the large file that was causing the problem, and even found some ways to save his files so they were safe and available, but not on the hard disc of his computer. By the time we were finished there were 40GB of space on his machine.
Mushroom adventures...
Meanwhile Jan had been out in our local forest and returned home with an excellent mushroom, which after consuling our reference book we decided was a "tegelsopp", in English an "orange birch bolete" Leccinum versipelle. It got 2 stars for eating so we had a delicious omelette. Looking up the English name (to write this) we found it described in English as "mildly toxic" unless properly cooked. We checked our Swedish book and there was no mention of toxicity and it even said it is one of the best in its family for eating! Web searching commenced! It seems the mushroom contains no poisons but does upset the stomachs of some users. Cooking for 15-20 minutes seems to satisfy most of the sensitive stomachs and ours was definitely cooked for at least 15 minutes. If you were one of the unlucky folk with a sensitive stomach the symptoms were unpleasant but not dangerous. Interesting that even the experts differ on just how edible a mushroom is!
