Schizostylis Coccinea Major

A beautiful day mainly spent in the garden - it's the time of year for hacking back and putting to bed! The Schizostylis Coccinea major are adding some brightness to a lot of green (that really is their name!)

The damsel flies are still going strong and any time I sat down I attracted attention. One sat on my knee and ate an enormous fly  - I didn't know they did that! Another made little chompy noises with its mouth (possibly), its wings sparkling with rainbows.

A solitary swim too,  most pleasant.

I now can't move.
